Privacy Act Notice

For site management purposes, NFATC uses software programs to create summary statistics to assess what information is of most or least interest, or to assess system performance. The type of information collected about your website visit may include: 1) the IP address from which you access NFATC websites; 2) the type of browser used; and, 3) the date and time of access. Information also may be used during investigations by authorized law enforcement officials.

For site security purposes and to ensure that systems remain available to all users, NFATC monitors network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Unauthorized attempts to upload or change information are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986. Except for the above purposes, NFATC makes no other attempts to identify individual users or their usage habits.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information and/or change information on NFATC websites are strictly prohibited and are subject to prosecution under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and Title 18 U.S.C. Sec.1001 and 1030.
